LANEHAM PARISH COUNCIL

 

Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Monday, 27th June, 2005 in the Village Hall

 

PRESENT: Vice Chairman Mrs. A. Clark, Councillors Mrs. B. Barber, Mrs. R. Whate, P. Beresford, F. Clark, J. Cobb and 1 member of the public

 

1.       APOLOGIES

Cllr. L Sinclair

 

2.     DECLARATION OF PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS

Cllr Mrs. R. Whate declared an interest in item 3 and took no part in the discussion on that item

 

3.  PLANNING APPLICATION FAIR VIEW, BROADINGS LANE, - ERECT EXTENSION TO EXISTING HOBBY ROOM FOR FAMILY USE AND WORKSHOP    

A letter from Mrs. Robinson to BDC regarding reasons for the application was read to the Council.  The plans were inspected and discussed.  Cllr F. Clark proposed the application be approved, Cllr. Mrs. B. Barber seconded this and it was unanimously agreed.

 

4.       PLANNING APPLICATION LAND AT BEECH FARM, MAIN STREET ERECT DWELLING AND ALTER EXISTING ACCESS.

The application is for outline planning permission.  The plans were inspected and discussed.  Cllr. P. Beresford proposed the application is approved, this was seconded by Cllr. J. Cobb and unanimously agreed.  The council wished to make the comment that they would need to see the detailed plans for any dwelling that is built.

 

There was no further business and the meeting closed at 7.13 p.m.
